Plastic Colour Matching !

Polyman has computer controlled colour feeding systems to maintain an accurate addition rate during production.  This ensures every item has the exact colour or additive specified. Accuracy is maintained through alerts in the process monitoring.

Bring in your colour codes or sample and we can color match our production.  A key application for your precision injection molded part or finished plastic product.

Material Drying:

At Polyman we recognise that correct drying is required for moisture sensitive materials. Therefore we use specific driers to suit the material type, from Dessicant Drying through to Low Pressure Drying.
